NOTICE

8^th Semester Internship/Major Project (ES-456/452)

All students must follow the following steps to fill in the details of Internship or Major Project details:

1. The ERP link is accessible on the https://cse.mait.ac.in/ website under the "Portal" tab, labeled as “ERP.”
2. Students have received their usernames and passwords via their registered email IDs and phone numbers.
3. It is mandatory to change the password upon the first login.
4. After logging in, navigate to the "Placement" tab on the left panel of the dashboard.
5. Fill all the details related to the internship or project chosen for the current semester.

All students must fill in the details by 31^st January 2025, failure to which will result in deduction of marks.

Note: 

• For Major Project - Upload the Application and Project abstract on the portal signed by the Guide.
• For Internship - Upload the offer letter.
• Submit the Weekly logbook / Fortnightly Progress report / Monthly Feedback Report timely for continuous assessment and submit the hard copy of the same with the counsellor.

INNOVATION MELA 2025

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi, successfully hosted the Innovation Mela on February 17, 2025, under the theme "Driving Sustainability for a Greener Future”. The event was a grand celebration of innovation, creativity, and technological excellence.

The Innovation Mela witnessed enthusiastic student participation, with individuals eagerly presenting their groundbreaking ideas and showcasing their innovative projects. The winners in the Innovative Product Exhibition category were Team HYTECH (led by Hemchandra Jha) secured first place, Team ATOM (led by Ritika) secured second place, and Team MUSIC BOT (led by Deepansh Goel) win consolation prize. In the Innovative Idea Presentation category, Team Code Czars (led by Mehak Taneja) secured first place, followed by Team Brainiacs (led by Angel Gupta) in second place and Team SYNERGY (led by Kush Aheer) won consolation prize. Cash prizes were awarded to the winners, recognizing their outstanding innovation and dedication. All teams showcased remarkable creativity and innovation, making the event a true celebration of talent and ingenuity.

Graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, Sh. Vineet Kumar Lohia, sh. Subodh Jindal, Sh. Avinash Gupta, Sh. Rajnish Gupta, Prof. J.V. Desai, Prof. Neelam Sharma, Prof. Rajni Malhotra Dhingra, Prof. S.S. Deswal, and Prof. Sachin Gupta, along with distinguished judges Mr. Rajiv Bajaj (CEO, Bajaj and Bajaj Chambers), Ms. Anubha Gupta (Senior Solution Consultant, IBM), and Mr. Aditya Bhardwaj (Scientist, ISRO), the event was a remarkable celebration of talent, innovation, and forward-thinking ideas. The dignitary's inspiring speech ignited the students' passion for innovation, while the dedicated faculty   led by Prof. Namita Gupta as the Organizing Secretary, along with conveners Dr. Ruchi Goel and Ms. Garima Gupta, played a pivotal role in its success. The invaluable contributions of faculty coordinators Mr. Saurabh Rastogi, Ms. Karuna Midha, Mr. Anupam Kumar, Dr. Deepak Gupta,  Ms. Neetu Garg, Dr. Ankita Gupta, Dr. Nisha Aggarwal, Ms. Divya,  Mr. Akshay Mool  ensured the event’s seamless execution. Additionally, the exceptional efforts of the student coordinators played a crucial role in orchestrating the event with enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork, further enhancing its success. Innovation Mela 2025 was not just an event but a testament to the limitless potential of young minds, driving a future of sustainability, creativity, and excellence.

NOTICE

 MAJOR PROJECT - 2025

The following students have opted to do Project under Faculty Supervision:

These Students are instructed to report on 17-01-2025 (Friday) at 10.30 am in room number 114 positively for further instructions and finalization of the Guide.

Students Kindly Note:

1. Weekly reporting in person to the Guide assigned by the Department.
2. Fortnightly submission (Hard Copy) of the Progress Report duly signed by the Guide to the Project Coordinator.
3. It is mandatory to Publish Research Paper / Patent as part of the Project.
4. Project may be done individually / in Group after approval from the Department.
5. Internal assessment will be done time to time by the Guide and the Project Panel.
