Process for defining the PEO’s of the Department

 

Step 1.        The Program Assessment Committee provided the basic draft of the department PEO statements in alignment with the Vision and Mission statements of the Institute and Department as well as the Graduate Attributes.

Step 2.        Draft of PEO statements was discussed with the faculty in the departmental meeting.

Step 3.        Faculty members were requested to discuss the draft of PEO statements intheir respective classes and ask the students to give    their inputs. Draft of PEO statements was displayed on the notice board.

Step 4.        Further suggestions were invited from parents / prospective employers.

Step 5.        The assessment committee reviewed the suggestions & framed the final statement.

Step 6.        HOD of the Department approached the Director/Director General for His/Her final Views and Approval.

Step 7.        Finally, PEO statements of the department were published and displayed.
