TechCom Orientation

TechCom, the official technical society of CSE MAIT, held an orientation session for the students of batch 2021-2025 on Wednesday, September 28, 2022. It was a one-hour session (3-4 pm) in Room No. 131 & 132. Participants registered a week prior to the event on google forms. All students arrived 15 minutes early to avoid any seating hassle and to ensure covid-19 precautions they wore masks and were seated following all social distancing norms.

Since Covid-19, all orientations took place in online mode. Finally, this year we got the opportunity to interact with the new batch in college itself. Session was head by the president of TechCom Mr. Prakhar Sharma. The one-hour session included a presentation, briefing about the work done by the society, followed by an introduction of our respected professors and core team members. Students actively participated throughout the session by asking doubts and our team members tried to help them in the best way possible. Pictures and videos were posted on our Instagram page for those who could not attend the orientation. In the end we informed all participants about the core team applications which will soon be rolling out for the first and second year students. A big thank you to all the students who took out their time to attend this meeting. We look forward to our continued association in the near future. Kudos to the core TechCom team and our professors, especially Kavita ma'am, Deepti ma’am and Karuna ma’am for the smooth coordination and handling of this event.
