TechCom – Web-I-On

TechCom, the official society of the CSE department, MAIT, organized an offline event: Web-I-On on 21st March 2023, from 11:15 am to 3:30 pm. The event had a registration turnout of more than 30 participants

All students arrived 15 minutes early to avoid any seating hassle and to ensure covid-19 precautions. The event started in Room no. 114 at 11:30am in the presence of Dr. Namita Gupta (HOD, CSE) and faculty coordinators Mrs. Kavita Saxena, Mrs. Karuna Middha and Mrs. Deepti Gupta. Participants had to present their deployed website in front of the jury. The judgment panel included the President of TechCom society – Prakhar Sharma.

After nearly 4 hours of hard work, continuous mentorship, and evaluating the best projects from 30 submissions, the results were declared in the event's closing ceremony. Top 3 teams were - Team Launch, Team Lets Bunk and Team Minigames. Winners were given certificate of merit.

Thank you to all the students who took the time to participate in this Web-I-On event. We look forward to our continued association soon. The efforts of the core TechCom team, Mr. Prakhar Sharma (president, TechCOM) made this event a successful event. The event was headed by Ansh Goyal and Kartik Raj. Special thanks to our faculty coordinators Ms. Kavita Saxena, Ms. Deepti Gupta and Ms. Karuna Middha for the smooth functioning of this event.
