SUMMER INTERNSHIP/INDUSTRIAL TRAINING
NOTICE
All 7th Semester students are required to fill summer internship/industrial training details that they are currently doing as per their curriculum requirement. The Google form link for the same is given below:

Students are required to read the instructions carefully in the description of the form and fill the correct information. Training Guidelines have been uploaded on Moodle. All students fill out this Google form by 18th September 2023.

Minor Project
NOTICE
All the students of 7th semester are hereby informed that they are required to submit a minor project synopsis by 30th September 2023 after getting approval from the respective Guide. The following points should be noted while submitting the synopsis:
- The project synopsis cover page format along with the synopsis template is provided at the end of this document. All the students must adhere to the template provided.
- Only one synopsis per team signed by the respective guide must be submitted.
- Submit the Project synopsis in Room No 114 to Mr. Pradeep Latest by 30th September 2023 before 4:30 PM.

Minor Project NOTICE
Minor Project abstract submission guidelines (7th Semester CSE)
Following are the guidelines for forming the Project Team (student’s team members and Guide):
- Total team members in a team can be 3 students.
- Individual project is not allowed. Minimum 3 students should be there in a team.
- One Faculty can guide a maximum of 4 Projects as Guide and 2 as Co-Guide; Fill the guide/co-guide’s choice only after their consent.
- Intermixing of I/ II shift of students is not advisable to form the team. If any team is formed, the external viva will be conducted separately in their respective shifts.
- Only for Hardware based projects (e.g. IoT, Robotics, Communication, etc) Inter-Departmental Team formation with other departments (ECE, EEE, ME, MAE) from MAIT and juniors of CSE (Max 2) is allowed after approval from HoD’s of concerned departments.
- It is mandatory for each team to publish the Project work under the assigned Guide and Co- Guide in some reputed Journal / Conference / Patent after approval from the Guide and inform the Project Coordinators with proof. Only accepted Papers will be considered for evaluation (25 marks / 100 marks). The guide must approve the communicated paper and it is mandatory to publish the paper by 10th April 2024, the failure of which will be reflected in your Major Project assessment.
- Students can fill in their team details along with Guide choices at the link: https://forms.gle/SPur6VQNBWtqLDZGA by 20th Sept 2023. There should be one entry per team.
*Students must prepare a synopsis for the minor project, the last date for submitting the synopsis is 30th Sept 2022. The link for the same will be shared soon.
