WORKSHOP ON
“OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT”

A workshop on “OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT” will be organized by the Department of CSE in association with TechCom Society of CSE Department and Student chapter of Coding Blocks (Campus Blocks) on 25th January 2019 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm in Lab 131-132 for students of all year and all branches.

This workshop will help students initiate open source contribution to production level projects, and also how to prepare for some big competitions like Google Summer of Code , Google Kick-start , Google Hash-Code and SIH.

Speaker of the workshop will be Mr. Harshit Dwivedi (Former GSoCer, Speaker at DEVOXX, Belgium, and instructor at Coding Blocks) and Mr. Arnav Gupta (Founding member at Coding Blocks).

Workshop is open for all and students have to register at

         NOTE:

  1. Students has to bring their own fully charged Laptops
  2. Students have to pre-install git in their laptops.
  3. Certificate will be given to only those students who will attend the complete workshop.
