Internal- Kawach Hackathon

On 28 - 29 March 2023, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Rohini, New Delhi organized a Internal- Kawach Hackathon.

The objective of the Hackathon was to identify innovative concepts and technology solutions for addressing the security challenges of the 21st century faced by our intelligence agencies. The vision of the Hackathon was to enhance innovative skills among students. KAVACH-2023 is conceived to challenge India’s innovative minds to conceptualize ideas and framework in the domain of cyber security using artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, automation, big data and cloud computing.

The event commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony followed by Goddess Saraswati Vandana. Shri (Dr.) Nand Kishore Garg, Founder Chairman and Chief Advisor, MATES and Chancellor MAU, always encourages students for their maximum participation in such events. Prof. (Dr) Neelam Sharma (Director, MAIT) motivated students with her inspiring words by insisting on 3Ps (Patience, Persistence and Perseverance). SPOC, Prof. Namita Gupta (HOD, CSE MAIT) introduced Hackathon rules where participants had to tackle 20 problem statements mentioned in Kawach 2023 guidelines. The Hackathon was declared open by Prof. S. S. Deswal (Dean Academics, MAIT).
