NOTICE

Course Title: Summer Training/ Industrial Workshop/Certification

Course Code: ETCS-459

After the completion of summer training, each student has to submit training report and the working project on the technology that they have learned during the training period (4-6 weeks). In case of certification, student has to submit the copy of certificate. Students should refer the guidelines for the report. The last date for submission of the report is 17/08/2017.

Guideline for Summer Training Report

  • Report Should be Computerized [ Soft Copy ]
  • Report should be Spiral binded
  • The front page should be as like given format.
    • Left Size – 1.5 inch
    • Right Side - 1inch
    • Top Side – 1 inch
    • Bottom Side – 1 inch
    • All font should be times New Roman
    • Line Spacing – 1.5
    • Paragraph Spacing
    • Font Size :-
      • All main headings 14 (Bold) ,Times new roman
      • All Sub main headings 12 (Bold) ,Times new roman
      • Third level heading 12 ,Times new roman
      • Matter 11 (Regular), Times new roman
      • All files should be justified
  • Content should be in the given format.
  • The Pages of report must be arranged in following sequence:-
  1.       Cover Page
  2.      Acknowlegement
  3.      Certificate
  4.      Declaration given by the student
  5.      Preface
  6.      Organization Introduction ( one page)
  7.      List of Tables
  8.      List of Figures
  9.      Contents

Note: Soft copy of Report & Presentation should be submitted in the form of CD.
